Fire Retardant Chipboard
Fire retardant chipboard is a three-layer P2 type chipboard with improved fire retardant properties. Fire Retardant panels, P2 type, are produced in accordance with European Standard EN 312. Class B-s1, d0 are covered according to the European classification (EN 13501-1) and class B1 are covered according to the German classification (DIN 4102). The best difference from all other chipboards with uniform burning properties is that fire retardant chipboard is color coded with red pigment.
